BioThane® Round Slip Collar
BioThane is a durable and pliable synthetic coated webbing which has many practical uses and lends itself to pet products amongst many other things.
Not only is it smooth and pliable like leather it is waterproof, odour and stain resistant, antimicrobial and hypoallergenic - so good for your pet's skin/coat too.

A quick wipe will keep it looking good as new every day!
 
We have standard sizes but as all of our orders are custom made we can make a product bespoke for your pet!
 
Our slip collars are made of genuine Biothane 6mm Rope, with a Plastic stopper.
The rope ends are securely clamped and covered in a waterproof black shrink wrap. 
 
We have worked with a fantastic GunDog Trainer to develop these products and test for strength and durability.

  • Small 40cm (Breed Guide - Small Working Cocker / Terrier)
  • Medium 50cm (Breed Guide - Large Working Cocker / Springer / Small Labrador/ Pointer)
  • Large 60cm (Breed Guide - Large Labrador)
 
These are the total length of BioThane laid flat and the slip fully extended

How to measure for your slip collar
 
We need 2 measurements to ensure your slip collar fits correctly.
 
  1. Around the widest part of their head (this collar will need to slip comfortably over your dogs head and ears)
  2. Around their neck
 
Please note if your dogs neck measurement is larger than the head measurement your dog may be able to slip out of this style collar.

Top marks for customer service. I had bought a house id collar for my Doberman, but I had messed up the measurements. So I just ordered another one in a smaller Size and within minutes I received an email back from Myrtle & willow, asking if my first collar that I ordered was too big or if I ordered the second collar for another pet. I explained that I messed up the measurements and they offered to refund for my new order and to adjust the previous one for free of charge. Most companies would have just packed and dispatched the second order making more money, But Myrtle and Willow clearly put their customer service over make just making a profit and went above and beyond. thank you Myrtle & Willow
