Top marks for customer service. I had bought a house id collar for my Doberman, but I had messed up the measurements. So I just ordered another one in a smaller Size and within minutes I received an email back from Myrtle & willow, asking if my first collar that I ordered was too big or if I ordered the second collar for another pet. I explained that I messed up the measurements and they offered to refund for my new order and to adjust the previous one for free of charge. Most companies would have just packed and dispatched the second order making more money, But Myrtle and Willow clearly put their customer service over make just making a profit and went above and beyond. thank you Myrtle & Willow

Reached out with very short notice needed 2m biothane double ended clip to tether my dog, Marlow during camping to keep him safe. Also wanted a made to measure biothane clip lead. My dogs are big, so measuring their necks , it was apparent there wasn’t a box to tick on the website for their size. It was so easy to just send an email, which was replied to straight away. After finding a new harness for my dog I wanted a collar to match colour. It was impossible to find so I contacted Myrtle & Willow.
Communication was great. My dogs last collar had a D ring on the back as an extra which I wanted again. The time taken to go through all my measurements and checking they were right with photos was absolutely fab!
Also fast delivery!
The only thing I would say is about the colour (not this company) lilac/lavender after a week of use it started having more of a pink tone than purple.

This is a new company I have found.
Very easy website, clear instructions, & very reasonably priced. A bonus is I hadn’t realised they are close to where I live, which gives me confidence when purchasing from someone new.

This collar is amazing! Well made, sturdy, fits like a glove and looks absolutely beautiful. Gives me that extra feeling of security when walking my working line German Shepherd. Not only is the product quality, the customer service is brilliant. I ordered a matching lead, but forgot to specify that I wanted black hardware like the collar. I love these collars. This is for a rapidly growing 6 month old pup as her first adult collar. Her four year old sister has the same in a different colour. She has been wearing her sister’s hand me downs thus far. There are lots of people selling biothane dog gear on Etsy, but what I find particularly useful is the rectangular keeper as well as the D ring. It keeps the collar’s tail out of the way and I attach the pet tag here, so the D ring is much easier to locate and fix the lead to without snagging the tag’s split ring. I also like being able to choose the hardware colour.

Fantastic bit of kit! Great for keeping my dog close for the short walk between my house and the field where he can have a run about. Really pleased with the quality, very well made and feels extremely robust. Lovely colours and very quick delivery as well! I went on to purchase another lead after this one because it was so great.

Ordering was easy and simple enough 👍 but from order to delivery quoting 3-5 days not so great. Taken a week from ordering to finally receive. Received dispatch updates quite soon after so not sure why such an overall delay to receive. Lead is as expected and look forward to it supporting our pooches training!

Excellent collars, very well made and sturdy. This is the 2nd one I've bought, the first was purchased about a year ago and still good as new, I just wanted a different colour. I wash mine regularly in the washing machine as my dog gets very muddy out in the fields, and it comes out clean and dries quickly.

Amazing experience and fantastic quality. I ordered a custom collar, as well as a working dog set consisting of a slip collar, a 0.5m lead, and a tab/grab handle. The colour options were fabulous! We went with a lovely deep mulberry colour, which shows up well against my dog's black coat. Communication was great. Speed and quality of service was fab!

Quick delivery! I bought this to match my collar remote and the colour is a pretty close match! I did end up attaching a split ring as my remote is expensive to replace and I felt the clip it came with wasn’t as secure as I’d like it to be

Arrived really quickly! Really well made and seems durable. Unfortunately the metal trim caused a nasty scrape on my dogs neck, after removing the trim it’s been great. If you have dog that doesn’t struggle on lead this will be great, but if you’re early in your leash pressure training then this probably isn’t for you
