BioThane is a durable and pliable synthetic coated webbing which has many practical uses and lends itself to pet products amongst other many other things.
Not only is it smooth and pliable like leather it is waterproof, odour and stain resistant, antimicrobial and hypoallergenic - so good for your pet's skin/ coat too.

We have standard sizes but all of our orders are custom made we can make a product bespoke to your pet!

Standard Sizes
- XS 10 - 12" (20mm Width)
- Small 12 - 14" (20mm Width)
- Medium 14 - 16" (20mm Width)
- Large 16 - 18" (25mm Width)
- XL 18 - 20" (25mm Width)
Please note that the collar will be made to the exact measurement you choose. For example, if you select Medium 14-16", your collar will be made to be exactly 14-16” internal circumference when there is maximum tension on the chain.
Hardware
We use a Stainless Steel Martingale Half Check Chain and Nickel Buckle and hardware. On our Small and Medium the chain is 2mm thick and on the Large and XL the chain is 2.5mm thick.
